Resizing Images/pictures For Windows Xp Users

This is a handy tool for Windows XP users to resize their images/pictures easily and quickly.
If you have a large picture and wish to use it on the message board you will find this useful.

How the fcuk do you use it after downloading it? When i click on the file, all i do is install it again. I really hate computers and the dicks that make them. I`ve not had sound on mine for three months but everytime i enquire at the Windows xp helpline i get no satisfaction.

after installing, right click on the image and choose resize.

actually I am running the newbie from microsoft it has that and hundreds more bits and bobs to increase your pictures end product.... its brilliant........microsoft premium 10 and microsoft library to store all your pictures..............
