Revoke the whip ban???petition

If horses didn't 'feel the whip', there'd be no point in carrying one, would there? Merlin, you're way too late for April 1st - or way too early!
 
Not created by me Jon its from facebook so I copied and pasted it, but doubt very much that it would get 100,000 signatories to ever be considered .................
But by the very same token it needs to be reviewed, a slap on-down the shoulder to correct its guidance surely cant be deemed as a whipping, that's what RUBY got banned for ........
