Dunne's Bookmakers are a disgrace to the industry. Every betting shop I have ever worked in (probably in excess of 50) has a pad of "Lost Ticket" forms. The manager's "no slip, no winnings" policy is an outrage.

If trainer chappy hadn't found the slip, I would definitely be advising Jonah to contact IBAS.
