So I had a few winners today with rule 4 deductions. Also had 3 where I was paid out at starting prices (osgood, run ructions run and 1 other). When I questioned this (bets on paddy power) was told a rule 4 was in force, wasn't declared and not a reduction on the prices I took. Thus they paid SP and stated that it was more favourable than if they had taken a rule 4.

Anyone else come across this one?
 
Bet 365 pay B.O.G., so if the sp's better than the original price with reduction, that's what you get.
