What's the story with this chap?

I noticed recently Irish Stamp put up one of his that was backed from big odds into 5/1 following an extended spell pointing and an absence of nine months.

Then the other day at Cheltenham he produced Tour Des Champs to win at 50/1 (hope IS was on) just five days after taking him off NTD and an absence of eight and a half months. Now, presumably NTD had done all the work to get the horse fit and well so he serves all the credit but I was just wondering who the new trainer is and what is his background.

(Wouldn't surprise me if he was related to Ryan Price and tutored by Tony Martin but I'm sure he's just talented.)

Sadly I wasn't DO but he's an ex-P2P jockey only a young lad who used to ride for Tom Lacey when Lacey was producing p2pers to sell on, think he also had some run in his name for a bit too.

Should do well under Rules, particularly with horses that appear to have gone sour.

That winner was 'Working Title' and he runs again tomorrow at 2:25 Hereford. He's up 7lbs for that win and runs off top weight (12-5) but no betting yet. Is he worth backing again Martin, can he defy the 7lbs rise in your opinion?

I didn't think that race the other day was that great tbh and there's a couple of other front-running types in here, whether they have the pace to see him off is debatable but every chance he could go quicker than he likes to.

Would be keener on giving Galros Lady another chance in the opener tbh - wouldn't want any more rain but v interesting back over hurdles after a disappointing effort on soft ground last time out.
