Love this which is back tonight. Took some getting into initially but it is one of my all time favourites. Happens it pretty well mirrors the life of one part of my extended family.

Desperate Housewives is returning very soon too - saw an ad for it a couple of days ago. Excellent stuff! Will have to try & catch Shameless too - haven't seen it.

It's a shame they couldn't keep hold of the other 2 great actors (the blonde girl & the scottish guy who was in Early Doors) for this series, it doesn't seem the same without those characters, I even miss the guys who played the police.

I hadn't watched Shameless until this series so didn't realise she had been in it - I recognise her though. It'll be interesting to see what the Beeb do different from Ch4's Elizabeth a few months back. Looking forward to it.
