MTV has commissioned a show to help glamour model Jodie Marsh find a husband.

Produced by Zig Zag productions, Totally Jodie Marsh: Who’ll Take Her Up The Aisle? will see Marsh audition potential 'suitors' in London, Edinburgh, Sheffield, Brimingham Cardiff and Bournemouth from this weekend,

The 9-part series, part of MTV's Totally strand, begins in the summer and will culminate with Jodie marrying her 'Mr Right' on TV in September.

I seem to remember a Birmingham radio station doing something similar about 10 years ago and getting an absolute panning for it, that resulted in rebukes from OFCOM (or whatever the industry regulator was) and apologies all round. Mind you, that was in the days before anything goes 'elimination shows', and desperate 'I'm a D list celebrity keep me in the public eye'. Something tells me that this is one show that won't be won by an ordinary Joe. Good looking beautiful people with money need apply only.
 
I remember something about a radio station doing that! come to think of it didn't some tv station do they same with Dale Winton or was that just a horrible dream shrug::
 
Can't wait to see her wedding dress, a transparent lace curtain with a bikini underneath?. :eek: or maybe a silver belt with a light up bra.
