SIS in bookies

Anyone know if the SIS in the bookies is exactly the same speed as the SIS professional punters use at home,? Is there anything faster than SIS? Thanks in advance
 
I'm no expert but as far as I know a live feed from the track is the holy grail for in running punters-how you get one I don't know.
 
There's an article on this written by the Geeks Toy one of the fastest bot around. I don't know if it it is still the case but " Tracks admit they are receiving regular inquiries from betting exchange customers seeking room in a corporate box with an internet connection from which they can bet, particularly at venues served by At The Races"

As weird as it may seem I may be getting the feed faster in Bangkok than some areas in the UK get it due to the volume of traffic

However the bot I use usually flies but occasionally has it's moment when the race/video is finished but the betting is still at the 4 furlong marker.:)
 
Fastest feed is being on track or having someone on track to send you a live video.

The big screen in all tracks now shows an SIS feed so that this is more difficult. It means that the on course commentary is ahead of the pictures on the big screen on course, which is very obvious when there is a faller, albeit Dessie isn't the quickest off the mark at the best of times!!!
