I placed a bet today with Skybet but for some reason was unable to watch it online. I logged in well in advance and clicked on the link to see the race but nothing happened until the race was off, at which point I got a message telling the event had started and I was being redirected (to the next race).

Has anyone else had a problem with this outfit (apart from their uncompetitiveness, their lack of BOG, etc)?
 
I rarely bet with them. The main reason is they don't go BOG so I don't see the point unless they're longest and I'm sure the price will drop (as was the case today).

My last bet with them was in the Open and the last before that was on the 1st June, which is a lot more bets than I'd thought!

Needless to say, their customer service was not up to much. Very much along the lines of 'Sorry, mate, but tough titty, you probably need to update Flash or something'.
