I am 22, Kathy and know exactly where you are coming from. About 14 months ago, I was living a life where I worked at least 60 hours a week (nil lunch hour too). On paper it looked fantastic, being the number one account executive insurance broker for McDonald's Australia and her licensees, in reality it was killing me.

So in April of last year I made the move, downgraded, went to a company from 66,000 people worldwide, huge corporation, to a small family owned and run business with 30 people.

Best move I made, and am working towards a degree.
