Another winner has just emerged from the maiden hurdle he won so well. Has looked a really good prospect on a decent surface - provided his trainer does not mess him up (every likelihood he will) he could be one to watch whenever the ground actually does take a turn for the better.

Interesting contender in the 2m novice hurdle tommorrow. Not convinced the form of his maiden hurdle is up to all that much, though he should be better suited to the conditions than a fair few of his rivals. Will be interesting to see how he is ridden as well; has looked a keen sort on a few occassions. Knowing Mullins, he'll probably pull Slippers Madden's arms out of their sockets and refuse at the first!

General Miller looks a solid favourite to me at around 6/4, though it's certainly not beyond the bounds of possibilty we could see a turn-up if he flops, with the Mullins pair looking very opposable.

Why the criticism of Thomas Mullins, Gal? I know nothing of him - can you enlighten, please? Plus the horse has been good in all his outings so far, so it doesn't seem to point to one being buggered-up. Just asking out of curiosity - not giving you any argument!
