Happy St Patrick's day to all Irish and those of Irish descent.
Shame we don't celebrate it the way they do in USA.
We used to get the day off school as it was St Patrick's High School. Then they abolished Holy Days of Obligation as well as the St Patrick's day holiday. Basterts.

Here in Kanturk we have an annual Arts Festival
As Edgt and myself are members of a 4 part choir we sang at 10am mass this morning and are doing a concert tonight AT 7.30 in aid of Animal welfare tickets E10 should anyone be passing through this neck of the woods.
The wine will flow afterwards in a local hostilary
