How pleased I was to see this mornings headlines, re. the dropping of charges for parking for people who attend hospital and their visitors, and the actual workers who work in these hospitals of ours ...
This should have been implemented way before these free breakfasts for primary school children......and I wonder why they [the Assembly] did not bring this in a long time ago....
Private companies making monies from the sick and the hospital workers and visitors, should NEVER HAVE BEEN ALLOWED IN THE FIRST PLACE.....
It needs to be policed mind, as prior to the introduction people who worked in the city and potential city shoppers would park their cars in the hospital car parks free and jump on a bus as its far cheaper to pay for a bus ride than park in the city....
All we now need is that central government drops the taxation on the sick with regards income tax and increases the fat cats share of taxation not as they pay now.......
