Two Nhunters for me:

Global Skies 1.50 Uttoxeter 11/4 Win

One of my noted horses this season on the flat so it jumped off the page for me in this juvenile hurdle. Bearing in mind that this gelding has been running over 1m - 10f on the level, I became sceptical about whether he'd be staying this trip and decided to abandon him. Just before doing so, I checked the breeding and saw that this is a full brother to Bilboa, no less, so I've decided to give him a go on this, his hurdling debut.

Hang In There 2.55 Uttoxerter 5/2 Win

This obliged for me last time out carrying top weight and I backed him because the trip looked right up his street and I wondered why they'd left it so late in his career to pursue the option of staying distances. He won very well that day, I thought, and the G/Sft ground wouldn't have been his favourite imo. I do think that the extra 4Lbs for that win won't be enough to stop him winning again on this faster surface..

11/4 (Hills, Bet365) looks a good price about Hang In There as his win last time looked quite comfortable and I’d also expect a 4lb rise wouldn’t be enough to stop him

Hang in there’s task considerably easier after Hometown Boy and Franky du Berlais both pulled. Shame that it looked a decent race

Hmmm...

Hang in there loses out and Kinondu Kwetu wins. When Hang In There won lto, I had it between him and KK but the latter PU. Not today. That is typical.

GS a NR - they are the curse of my life, I tell you.
