Thanks to efficient action by last year’s winner Anadin, the Alan Morgan Trophy has arrived safely with me today and now has pride of place on my mantelpiece. Believe me, it is a very nice piece. It would have arrived sooner but for an attempted act of piracy by the Irish customs service but never mind that, it’s here now.
