So my long-fancied Lounge Lizard blows out and the post-mortem is that he wanted to get a decent start so that he could be up with the leaders but, unfortunately, his mistake at the first scuppered that plan and it was 'catch-up' all the way.
Of course he jumped well and that vital mistake at the first was probably his only one of the race.
