Well im not normally one to watch this as its full of karaoke singers but as the main one is in rehab i tuned in. Russell Brand was so funny for me and the live performances from RHCP, Snow Patrol and The Killers were all excellent. Im glad Muse won best Live band as they thoroughly deserve it as their live shows are amazing having seen them 5 times live. I was a bit disappointed The Kooks didnt win best British breakthrough artist but as it went to The Fratellis i was pleased enough. Did anyone else watch?

He is possibly the most un-funny and annoying man on TV, I have no idea why people think he is funny but I would have preferred Mick Fleetwood and Sam Fox to him!!!!!

These indie toss bands all with The at the start of their names are all much of a muchness so it doesn`t really matter.

I haven`t watched the awards for years, and this isn`t down to their ignorance of metal but just awful choices.

Radiohead never winning best UK band. WTF is all that about? They`re the best British band since the early 70s.

Nirvana losing out to Crowded House as best international band in `91 or `92. A worse choice than Forrest Gump over Pulp Fiction.

They were dreadful. I turned them off after listening to the talentless tosspot that is Russell Brand.

I was pleased to see Amy Winehouse winning Best Female. My little brother had been convinced Lily Allen would win it. Bless him, he's too young to know.

i tuned in and found it a good laugh. brands no shame attitude is right up my street. They were all good perfromances bar take that & scissor sisters. When Oasis came on they made the other performances look small, which is a cred it to Oasis as the others were pretty good.

Yes agreed, he tries to be a modern day version of the Keith Richards of the 70's
No chance, Keith Richards is Rock N' Roll :angy:
