While those well-known militant trade unionists John Gosden and Ralph Beckett are manning the picket line on Wednesday, who's going to be a "scab" and show you don't even need a UK racing industry to have a bet by gambling on Cork? The 48-hour decs are already in for this feast.
 
This card has more possible plots than an Eastenders Christmas Omnibus plus it looks like every horse in training in the world has been declared - still determined to find a bet, though.
 
Nah, you fellas aren't British so you've every right to be there and/or betting on it.

It's Brits like me (who think this racing strike precisely no one in Britain outside the British racing bubble will even notice, let alone care about is pointless) who are "scabs" by crossing the poshest picket line you'll ever see and having a bet.

I'll post a card from a superb judge who only bets on Irish racing. Cross the line with value.
 
With only Cork taking place - I'll certainly be assessing the Placepot situation, I'm sure the pool will be inflated quite a bit with regular backer having no other choices ........... Now for the hard part !
 
Jon riggens 510 9/2 will need a penalty to have any chance of getting in the 'Brown Lad' on Sunday.
This race is for 7 800 euros brown lad is 90,000 euros.

Whenever someone roughs or rubs me up the wrong way over here, I often think I'm being discriminated for being half genetically Irish and a wee bit gingerish to boot.

It helps get me through the hard times.

Not so much blaming it all on my roots, just looking for some sort of reason for it all.

If I f%*& up, it's because I've got Irish blood.

If someone picks on me, it's because I've got Irish blood.

If I drink too much Guinness, it's for the same reason.

It's character building. Resilience is the most important attribute you can have. I really think I'm excelling on this front.

I think English folk need more of this.

Being 'a wee bit gingerish' is like being a 'wee bit pregnantish.' You are either all in or all out. Just accept it and recovery will commence.

4:10 Fontaine Khaled shaped nicely on debut when well backed and comes out okay terms of allowances/weights. Trainers horses tend to improve for run too shes solid in weak race.
5:40 Nautic Star shaped nicely in decent race on debut. Been well enough found now.
River Ara prob drifted to fair price now (interesting Mcmonagle takes ride)
6:10 if Goldmoyne runs he’s a very fair price dropped to 7f 0-60 on a straight track. Wide open
6:40 Hellorhighwater likely be seen home with a repeat of his Killarney effort.
7:10 Liongseoir back on soft ground dropped to 1m looks interesting
Venetian will enjoy this ground market check given connections.

Just realised the meeting has races sponsored by William Hill bookmakers.
You may recall the original William was a Black and Tan officer based in Mallow during the War of Independence .
Anyways said William spent his time drinking with the locals, standing their bets so no one had a bad word to say about him.
An Capall has missed a scoop on this day of days; not like him .
