DIM you obviously have not got a contract to have it repaired???? but if your practical you can repair it your self, with a few spanners and a

!!! NEW thermo coupling!!! a fiver in WICKS or B&Q thats the normal remedy if it just cut out and will not fire up................

Then failing that a new pump(£45)... thats if it fires up but don't get to your rads..............

The worse scenario is the actual gas valve malfunctioning but that's rare in itself.....

I am off to bed now no heated bottles or blankets just my body warmth.......
