God knows what its going to be like but I'm off to see their stage show tonight

Anyone here been to see them?

They're cooks, Walsy - they have a show on BBC tv, where they roar around the UK tasting and then trying to cook the region's favourite or famous dishes. They generally set up a kind of field kitchen and show how-to to a bunch of people out in the air. They're not fancy types and they do cock up as well as cook up! Good-natured Northern lads, ee bah gum.

Hope you enjoy it, Aldaniti - if it's like the weather here just now, it should be a pleasant experience.

We had the most hilarious evening you could imagine!

If you have the chance to go GO!

Basicly the evening is based around how they met & some very funny stories & clips,

they cooked two meals one in the first half & one in the second half,

they had a big screen above them & photos/outtakes were shown, I've seen a few of them but some I hadn't,

Simon seems to be a very accident prone chap!

They arrived on stage riding choppers!

A couple of singalongs completed the evening & I was left with an aching ribcage!!!

Brilliant, Aldaniti. Did you get to eat any of the food, and, if you did, was it any good? Thanks for the heads-up - if they come to Brighton I may well toddle along to see the lads. They sound good fun.

Amazing! I thanggyew... The Dome's an easy-peasy walkies, so no excuse not to go.

On again tonight with an all-Hereford produced dinner in, ah, Herefordshire. I liked the look of all the grub, but felt a bit queasy about snails being ground up into a pressed garnish for steak tournedos on croutons. However, have to say that with the full dressing to the meal, it looked very good, and the diners voted for this, the Bikers' preparation, in favour of their local chef's pork lardon.
