If you check the birthdays column on page 19 of todays RP, it informs that our sometimes contributor, and Dosage genius, Steve Miller is 50 today.

Personally I have never known anybody to be that curmudgeonly at such a young age. I had always presumed that he was a lot older.

Happy birthday Steve - have you got the Guineas winner yet? :D
And if not why not ?

He wears it well as as one who saw him sprint across to the ring at York to put more on Shamardal in the St James's Palace is able to testify

Half a century old! Good Heavens - those Botox treatments are working well! Happy day and many more, Stevie Wonder! ;)

Have a good one, Steve.

Born 9 months after Phil Drake's Derby victory - did your parents back the winner?!

Thank you all. Does nothing escape the eagle eye of this forum (...thanks a bunch An)? I’ve just returned from Raymond Blanc’s Le Manoir aux Quat’ Saisons where I’ve spent a very enjoyable and relaxing weekend. I didn’t bother to get a copy of the Post on Saturday and wondered why my wife went out of her way to get one. Anyway, needless to say I’m mortified, but take some consolation in that Tony Stafford is exactly ten years older than me (poor old sod)!

Happy Birthday Steve, have a good day mate.
PS - nothing wrong with being 60 :)
There is if that's what you look like and you're only 50!!

Poor Miller...

Happy Birthday Steve. I saw it in the paper and I have to say (honestly) that I didn't think it couldn't be you because of the age given. I honestly thought you were younger than that.

Many congratulations to you for reaching such a fine age and in such fine form!
