Got my third assessment mark back and I didn't do too well on this one either.  :cry:


I had to determine if judicial review or right of appeal was the correct advice to offer the hypothetical character in my assessment outline.


I did distinguish between the two quite well my tutor explained but just not in great depth (or at least the level of depth he seemed to want)


I have now said goodbye to public law for now and moved on to criminal law.


My next assessment is to do with the subject of recklessness and I'm finding this part of law very fascinating. I'm definitely dreading my exam in October, I cannot remember things.
