Simmo, I respect your motives, but this topic devalues the importance of the one on dead animals. A little more sensitivity please.
 
We have plenty of threads on knackered people - none recently, but every time someone fairly famous or infamous kicks the bucket, there's the usual outpouring of stuff about 'oh, he was great' and other luvvie hugs. They don't seem to die as often as racehorses, though... The Daily Torygraph has a great online Obituaries section for those who like to keep up with the unquick.

Could we have a seperate thread for people killed by The E. Dead Group? And perhaps a seperate one for maimings?
