I know he was returning from injury and you wouldnt expect him to be overly knocked about today but that was hard to watch. Everytime he caught a glimpse of him the jockey really was nearly taking a pull. I would imagine the Irish stewards will do feck all but that looked terrible. And no I had no financial interest in the race.

Interesting to see where they go next with him.

Gal - ref the bumper winner,

LET YOURSELF GO (IRE) 5-y-o (1 Jan 2002) b g

Trainer: Adrian Maguire Owner: Miss Sarah Ferguson

Do you know if the owner is the Sarah F.??

sarah ferguson is the nominated name from a syndicate of 4 from wexford who own 2 horses, let yourself go and his younger half brother go all out. no one based in cork would be caught dead training for british royalty or its leftovers.

Getting back to The Railway Man, it would be interesting to see them try him in a race like the Racing Post Trophy at Kempton.. shouldn't have too much trouble getting 3 miles at a track like Kempton, though he's probably better going left-handed..

Thought Our Ben looked really good yesterday.. looked to thrive off the good gallop and jumped really well into the bargain.. maybe they've gotten him wrong all along?
