I might as well open this one, purely because when I read the story on the Racing Post, I thought that I might pop down to the Curragh for the day that is in it.

WORKFORCE, last year's Derby and Arc winner, could make his first trip to Ireland for his seasonal reappearance in the Tattersalls Gold Cup atthe Curragh on May 22.

I am not sure whether they would plan on taking in Royal Ascot en route to the King George. They probably would. Then give him a break before Irish Champion Stakes (or Longchamp trial) and then the big one in Paris in October.

I've been forced to look at the odds for the Arc. How is Sarafina 20/1? Sure to be targeted at it, and very unlucky in running last year, and very much unexposed.
