I just watched the "Pine Barrens" episode and it is one of my fav episodes.

I had to share that information.

Yeah, a classic episode. Well worth watching the commentary as well. If memory serves Tony Siroco and Michael Imperioli both contribute to that.

I watched it on the season 3 dvd. I'm working my way through the entire 6 seasons. I'm on the 2nd last episode of season 3.

Incidentally, thanks to Col's assistance, I downloaded the entire sixth season in 37 minutes tonight.

I haven't seen any of it yet.

I was never able to watch Sopranos as I used to work all nights when it first started. I have Series 1 - Disc 1 in front of me. I wonder will it be any good :D

There were so many clever little subtleties - remember when Our Tone goes to Sicilia and meets the gorgeous gangster's wife. Her maid is clipping her toenails for her, and she carefully picks up all the clippings, in case the maid tries to put a spell on her using her cast-off bits! Nice bit of superstitious stuff which fit in beautifully.

Easily the best show on TV.

With that said, i never loved the Pine Barrens episode as much as others do. The episode where Ralphie died was much better IMO.

I like the use of the very surprised "OH!" whenever Tony or the Boyz disagree with something, and pretend to be amazed or shocked. :o

Not that I'd especially want to get on the wrong side of any of them, but I think Paulie Walnuts would be the one I'd least like to tangle with. Anyone have a favourite creep?
