Topcashback is a cashback site, if you haven't heard of them, they are similar to quidco or rpoints.

You make a purchase through their tracking links and can earn cashback at loads of major retailers.

Some of them aren't great, 2-3% but every little helps, but some, especially for services tend to be very high. To give examples of cashback amounts available at the moment on the higher rated merchants (have included a couple of links):

Talktalk
- Up to £94 cashback
Sky - Up to £168, 25% off and £50 bill credit (depending on deal taken), new and existing customers upgrading!

Confused.com - Up to £131 cashback

M&S - 5.5% cashback
Thorntons - 17.85%
Toysrus - 5.25%
Vodafone - £115 cashback (depending on deal)
Plusnet - £157.50 cashback (depending on deal)
WilliamHill £32.55 cashback (£10 spend required - new customer)

theres just a few of the hundreds of sites you can get cashback from.

I would be amazed if anyone doesn't use any of the merchants listed and theres no downside to signing up.

All you do to get the cashback is go to TCB search for the retailer, use the link, then shop as normal.

I would recommend using a 'clean' browser for tcb, it works from cookies, if you have clicked an affiliate link from any other site it might overwrite the tcb cookie. I use Internet explorer for it, and every few weeks clear cookies just to be safe.

I imagine most people, apart from normal shopping, will be buying insurances, phones, tv services, they all tend to pay decent money when you sign up.

Once cashback is earned it tends to take anything from a week up to about 12 weeks to show on your account, but once it shows as payable you can either withdraw to your bank account as cash or take it in vouchers for many large stores (not available for every cashback transaction), Boots, Amazon, Starbucks are just a few, plus taking vouchers tends to get you an extra 5-8% on top of the cash amount.

For the next 2 weeks if you sign up through the refer a friend banner at the top of the page I get a bonus of £15 and you get a £5 M&S voucher, once you have earnt £10 cashback.

I usually buy my stuff through them and just let everything mount up to withdraw at Christmas. Without making any major purchases this year, apart from TalkTalk, I'm due £981 now, which pays for Christmas, hasn't cost me a penny during the year, and is completely free money.

So just thought I would mention it, seeing as its almost Christmas and people will obviously be spending a bit more now than usual.
