We had a huge rainstorm here on Sat night following hail, which followed several days of blazing sunshine - shirtsleeves weather. Yesterday we had a violent hailstorm. this morning it was sunny if windy, and now the landscape is covered in snow as far as I can see.......

Feel sorry for all the baby creatures who have popped forth a but previous, like

PDJ, several of my friends in teaching moved to the private sector in middle age, less for the money, more so they could TEACH rather than just try to keep order. None of them ever regretted it for a moment. But why not wait till after you get your next threshold rise?
