I've just watched a story on Sky news about an american chap who came down stairs with nothing on to make a drink or something,Anyway a woman & a child were taking a shortcut accross the garden of the man's house & saw him nude,Now the police are looking to charge him with indecent exposure He was in his own house FFS What is the world coming to!
 
can he counter do them for trespass??

Fecking ridiculous. What were they doing looking in his windows after you question what they were doing walking across his garden at 5.30....
 
I looked at ABC online and the story sounds a little different on there - the newsreader said that the police believe he wanted to be seen in the nude - no mention that the woman and child were walking through his garden, either, but just 'by'. You can still be an exhibitionist in your own house!
 
From what I can gather this family man got out of his bed naked at 05:30 to make himself a cup of coffee. it was still dark, he turned the light on. A woman and her son passed his window and saw him. She reported it to the Police (her husband) who duely arrested the man.
 
Okay, but would you get out of bed butt-nekkid, Sheikh, put the lights on and not have your curtains drawn, if you knew that you could be seen from the street? It doesn't really matter what he was doing, what time it was, who the woman's husband was, whether she had a child or a chimp with her, etc. - those aren't really material. What is material is if he knew that he could be seen by any member of the public from the street, why didn't he chuck a towel around his bouncy bits?

Salient points, not a huge fan of walking around naked myself but each to their own eh !

Well, it is America ... but anyway, as unreasonable as it may be, lots of people do have that sensitivity -- probably not their fault, just been imposed on them via 'nurture'.... as it was on their parents etc.
 
I got a letter at work from a customer asking that we zero their debt because they were a child of god (A woman) and not a person as recognised by British law. They also claimed that gave them dominion over us and that we must bow to their wishes.

To add a bit of comedy they also claimed the inland revenue services are "not real" and a figment of people's imaginations (I don't work for them, they just quoted that in their letter)...

I genuinely worry about the world my kids are going to be born into.
 
Tell me about it!

I'm a moderator for our local freecycle group & last week some chap failed to turn up to collect a kitchen worktop I was offering, the reason he gave was that I failed to give him my postcode (even though I gave him addy & instructions) so it meant that he couldn't use his twatnav! he only had to type my addy into googlemaps to see where I was & the road have been here over 100yrs!
