It's clearly related to escalating drug wars and gang violence, Simmo.

Dealers and gangs in the capital are using children to export their drugs all over the country - probably to middle class suburbs, including in places like Scotland, to facilitate the drugs habits of often other children and teenagers, probably during the six week holidays or when the next music festival is on....

Without sounding like sort some of Met Police Officer, (which I'm clearly not), the situation sounds very bad.

Anyone who can't see this either has their heads firmly buried in the sand or the form book for Cheltenham next week.

Or up their own arses even?
