Over the past week whenever I click on a forum heading, eg Chit Chat, the colour changes to Green and various adverts appear- some regarding topics several about losing weight quickly. When I leave the site sometimes an ad appears- Bannersdontwork. I've cleaned up using anti-malware facilities and have a number of strong security packages that are normally very good.
However every time I come back to this site the problem reappears.
My techie advisor recommends avoiding the forum which of course I don't wish to do. It does not occur with other sites.
Am I alone with this problem? Whether I am or not advice would be welcome. Done the usual google searches etc.
New. As I posted this I was redirected to a Local Search webpage with the horse and weight loss ads in the banners. Ps anyone that knows me will be aware that I have no interest in losing weight- I'd disappear!
