Ok a little assistance then, this keeps popping up when I open sites such as talking horses, yahoo.co.uk, the racingpost:

"Problem with this page might prevent it from being displayed properly or functioning properly"

It then gives this :

Error: "BrowserSniffer" is undefined
Code: 0

Anyone any idea whats up? Problem only surfaced yesterday and now its wrecking my head. Takes aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaages for a page to open up etc.

Internet Explorer. Some sites are fine no trouble but just the odd few.

No my homepage does not keep resetting.

A Browser Sniffer is a simple script which web designers use to check which browser the user is using - and is quite legitimate. Why you are getting an error message I am not sure.

Do you get the same Line and Char numbers on each site?

Just on the yahoo site. So you would not be worried its a virus?

As they recommend I would use a program like ad-aware to remove any nasty stuff before trying anything else.
