There are couple that interest me tomorrow.
Firstly:
Manettino - 7.35 Chelmesford 5/1 Ew
I spotted this one at Kempton three runs ago (OR 60), making quiet headway at the finish.
Next up they went back to 5f, replacing pieces with blinkers and he duly lost so they upped him to 6f again but left all the equipment off and ran him on tapeta at Wolverhampton. Again he blew out.
I'm hoping that back on a more suitable surface, with pieces re-applied and with a reduced OR of 55, he may be near the mark. The ew price of 5/1 appeals.
Next, I'm opposing a favourite and this may be a surprise:
Believe In Love - 3.10 Doncaster 6/1 Ew
It looks like favourite Eshaada should be a good thing, doesn't it, given his performances in gp 1 & 2 races? Really, we'd expect him to be even shorter than his current 6/4 but I think there's a nagging doubt with the ground riding good and likely to stay that way. If it came up soft, then I think he'd oblige but I'm taking a chance here. There seems little doubt that he needs cut to be seen at his best and his OR is ground - dependent imo.
I'm taking a chance with my selection because he's ground adaptable and has shown form, although inferior to the fav on soft, and might offer some good ew value if the good ground stays against Eshaada. 6/1 is a decent, sporting price, I think. Oh yeah, trainer Varian is 4 winners from last 8 runs: top form.
Well, there you have it. See what you think.
As ever, I hope for runs for my money.
