OK - I'll be the first. Visually impressive though this performance was, he beat a 143 rated horse by 15l.

Yes yes yes, I know he only did what he had to, only beat what was there, did it so easily he could have had another 15lb in hand, etc etc etc but........

It's hardly form that makes him the best in our lifetime.

Yet.

Which isn't to say that he won't become that - just that this performance doesn't make him that.
