I loved Well Chief but he wouldn't have stood a chance with Master Minded that day. Master Minded, on that performance alone, would have beaten every other QM CC winner, including Moscow. We can all use our different barometers of what defines the best horse (ability, rating, longevity, group 1 wins etc) but Master Minded that day has no equal in terms of a QM CC performance.
