Interesting. BA won a handicap off 168, so you'd think an OR of 175 would be on the cards and an RPR of closer to 180.

Are the archived ratings adjusted for slippage?

I remember the slippage adjustment tended to be applied more often to hurdlers although it looks like the handicappers have a system in place nowadays to negate any slippage at all.

This is good debate, though.
