Possibly though I swear the Coral I worked in in Liverpool was far smaller than that.

I worked at a place called Doddington in Cambridgeshire for a while and a couple of time went to a small independent bookie in Chatteris. He was hidden up a back alley near to a couple of pubs and had only got teletext at that time for his results and rubber stamped slips, no hanging about in there, people used to beat a path from the pub! I think this would be very early 90's, but I'll have to check my old CV.
