... The Geezer today! Can't find the thread where we talked about this, but remember I mentioned something about backing horses on the basis of phrases or words, and they would come in fifth. And that you'd then see The Geezer was up, and decide to ignore it as an omen? I really do hope you remembered to back him today - what a little star! :D

Been looking at the cards for next week as going on a jaunt up north taking in first time visits to Market Rasen, Ripon, Catterick and Pontefract.

Desperate Dan entered in the 3.20 Ripon on Monday !


Just for a laugh I might bet blind on Sir Bloody at Ripon.
 
Friends of mine who I bumped into at Goody today had a nice touch on FOXHAVEN, on account of finding a fox visiting their garden this morning! I was saved the trouble of trying to find someone to take my millions on ANNIBALE CARO (at Sandown), by Brian helpfully telling me it was a N/R, but I'm bearing in mind An Capall's nod about this Sir Bloody nag for its next outing.
