Today I shall mostly be watching

Stig of the Dump

Seabiscuit

Rab C Nesbitt (new ep)

With me on the sofa will be three dogs, a pot of tea & a bag of donuts!

Merry Christmas ;)

Brilliant, Aldaniti!

I'm currently immersed in a full-on West Wing marathon. What a fantastic program!

Anybody seen the American version of The Office BTW? I reckon it's funnier than the British version...

Haven't got into the office, give it about 10yrs & I'll discover it!

Did that with Father Ted! Loved last nights episode

Back home with my mammy; only four channels on a TV with a smaller screen than my laptop. I'll mostly be watching regional news programmes back to back if last year is any guide.

Absolute class and the episode with Jeff Buckley singing Hallelujah is heart-rendingly poignant.

That's after the assasination attempt, isn't it?

Haven't quite made it that far yet.

Might switch Seabiscuit on for a bit though. I missed Father Ted last night, Aldaniti!

Watched Going The Distance on Setanta Ireland - great program and hope the BHA could help do something similar (in terms of a TV show about it) over here. Brilliant viewing and also good to find out who rode New Phase when I backed him back in July.

Didn't watch Rab C but it will have had to have been absolutely superb to beat tonights Royle Family - made me even more annoyed that they didn't make more series of it :(

Rab C vs The Royal Family - close run thing, but for 'rolling around laughing' my vote went to Rab.

Wallace & Gromit, too, was exceptional - be it animation the imagination of its writers takes my breath away.

Overall, Christmas viewing to date has been an improvement on recent past offerings.

SG - MR2

I was really disappointed with the royale family - it made me smile a few times, but I was expecting to laugh out loud...

Wallace and Gromit were fantastic as usual - they (aardman!) are just brilliant. Dr Who didnt disappoint either...
