He committed a misdemeanor to hide the fact he was paying off a pornstar from his wife which is not a crime.
Trump was charged with violating New York penal law and that in cases like this is the end of it.

But for the first time in history they upped the misdemeanors to felonies claiming he hid them from the voters so it would not affect his election chances which on truth is unprovable without being able to read Trump's mind.
However using Bidens DOJ they were upgraded to felonies.

What Trump if he was guilty did was say a cheque was business expenses...one cheque not 34 cheques.

The judge then said to the jury u only need to find him guilty on one count.

That could be anything associated to the cheque like a cheque stub being torn up or whatever
The 34 counts in reality are one count
There has never been anyone else in NY state been charged with this let alone convicted

And there will be no jail sentence justified he will at worse get probation... hardy a reason to try and ruin a man's life for political gain is it?
