Turffontein - South Africa 23 July 2020

Well the first one has gone in and the second one just about to go off. I have a question you have Palace Assembly 16lb ahead of its mark and fair enough you have some concerns about the hold up tactics....but 16lb's in hand and 6/1 and he's not the best bet of the day not even 2nd best ?

As for the you tube presentation I'd probably be exactly the same as soon as a camera went on me I wouldn't be able to get my words out and I'd keep looking down to remember what I'd got to say, so I feel for you but it needs some work. If it were me I'd introduce the audience to the cat, gets animal lovers straight onside and just makes you more likeable instantly.

That aside you keep banging winners in so fair play. well done.

Haha winner in the next, and the Forecast whatever I just said forget it....**** the cat :)

Hi Danny,

I actually stay in Scotland been here for nearly 2 years but from south africa and know south african racing for over 30 years. Sorry was very quick today as was on my way to work but my doubles came in along with that forecast i suggested. More hopefully to come

As for palace assembly its more what he ran against in a conditions race that does not suit his mark but he ran above his mark by running close to higher rated horses bit unfortuantely does not always work that way and to be honest i dont think todays conditions suit

Well he ran a decent race and looked like he'd got it for a long way got the perfect trip in the box seat. I noticed the winner was the 3rd or 4th string of St John D Gray, do I take it he's the South African equivalent of Aiden O Brien ? Sends a battalion and wins with whatever he likes ?
