I have been contacted by a lady today that needs to rehome two ponies that live on her land, she has written consent from the ex owners for her to rehome them,

4yr old, 14.2hh Welsh Section D but awaiting confirmation, Black with a little bit of white in pastern area, Stallion but has very good temperment, has papers & Passport, broken to headcollar.

14yr old, 13.2hh possibly also welsh but again waiting for papers, he has no passport but has papers, Black with a little white, broken to drive & comes with a cart & tack but does not know what condition its in, also a stallion.

both are good to handle & have been moved along roads without any problems, they have been looked after by a 70yr old for the last two years,

The lady does not want any money for them as she just wants to find them a good home & they do NOT need to be rehomed together, they are near Biggin Hill, Kent

If you can help please email me direct helenandscott@aol.com

Well done - I wasn't sure how succesful you'd be with them being stallions. I did ask someone if they'd be interested but as they're stallions it was a no, I'm afraid.

Thanks SL, the chap who contacted me is a long standing member of another forum I go on, he has had horses before & was looking to buy a younger pony for his daughter who is a very capable rider, he will get the younger of the two gelded & is taking the older one as company, he is going to sign an agreement to say that the ponies won't be passed on without consent which is nice, so hopefully all is sorted ;)

AC, you must have a life so devoid of anything interesting that you have to respond to my posts with such inane drivel!

Jaysus Helen, that’s demoralising. I thought it was one of my better ones. I am going away now to rethink my complete forum strategy.

That comment was like a corkscrew to the heart, and the pain it stops and starts.

Glad you've found homes for them, I'm getting close to the point where I may be able to offer something to a Sec D or similar, and the bigger lad sounded lovely as I used to work with 4 Sec D Driving stallions...........

Ho humm - another day perhaps......
