Hi guys,
10h30 Showdown Kid 5/1. Was not striding last start and previous was actually a winner but got disq. Talladega is fav but has not raced since january so cant have it. My selection i am expecting to shorten and I make her a good bet.
11h00 Alacritas 3/1. Ran a very good debut beaten only 2.5L by Copper Mountain who has won twice since and achieved a MR90 . If fit and well and no first timers are any special I make him difficult to beat, they have fitted a head gear on plus a tongue tie so expect improvement.
12h45 Al Haamy 2/1 BEST BET. Ignore last start as was lame but previous start was beaten by Norbese, who since has won a group 2 and placed 2nd in a group 1. Al Haamy should strip a lot fitter today and if thats the case this is no race.
14h00 Euphoriant 1/1. Very very weak field and my selection should win this. There is a 3yr old filly called Immaculate but what she raced against it was really weak and finished a distant 3rd. My selection has only had 6bruns and improving all the time and this 2000m will be perfect
14h35 Leading Man 6/4. My next best bet and again running in a very weak field. Having his 3rd run after rest and with good draw i am expecting him to win easily. Summerdale went to fast with the blinkers last time and still retains them so unless he improves i dont see him a danger and rest make no appeal.
Tomorrow I have another roughie selection plus some top bets for the day at Kenilworth.
