Does anyone have this? Do you recommend them?

I'm looking to change to broadband but as I have a telewest line this is the only ISP I can go to & I am not going back to BT

I've just spent nearly two days without the internet as I could not get a connection due to AOL/Telewest access number problem (dial up) I am still not back on properly now as I am using a 0845 access number which I have to pay for, AOL are saying that it should be fixed today (yeah right) I'm annoyed as I don't understand why I could not have been told two days ago I could have access throught this number :angy:

The deal 4 for £40 seems good through Virgin.

Ive had telewest broadband for about 3 years and no complaints at all

Suprisngly (given their reputation) the support was good as well

Had it for three years. No complaints. had a problem with my internet last week. Got through straight away and they sorted my problem within 5 minutes.

Would recommend them. There are lots of good deals for new customers and existing ones who should ring customer retentions. Isuggested I'd had lots of offers from sky and asked what could they do for me. I cut my TV bill by £5pm and now pay £13 for 2MB. Anyone who needs the customer retentions no PM me.

Have had NTL, which is now Virgin, for some years, Aldaniti, for Broadband, cable, and telephone. No probs, and have now got Setanta Sports for £15 per month, which includes Racing UK. Also have ATR, and am sadly a couch potato every day I don't work! Thinking of adding the mobile to the deal, too - not that it's worth more than a fiver a year to the supplier, because I usually forget to take it out with me, anyway!

Yes I have to agree I have had NTL since its inception and found a fault with MODEM they changed it two days later, that was 18 months ago now... but first class in every way ...I see an offer doing the rounds cost £30 for Broadband, T-V stations, and phone, with free calls on week-ends check it out it sounds good to me !! via VIRGIN-TELEWEST-NTL............

Another satisfed customer here with Telewest and I think I will be going with them for my mobile soon too with their combination offer that works out at a tenner I think for 200 minutes and 200 texts per month.

2 MB free broadband if you subscribe to Sky TV or for £26 month you cam have SKY tv, free broadband and free telephone calls although you still have to pay the BT line rental. No problems with any of it.
