I often have Digging for Britain on a loop at night; it’s such easy watching. There was an interesting item about the gypsies that lived in the New Forest the other night. And Johnny Flynn ( swoon) does the music. I don’t like Alice’s pink hair; I wish she’d revert back to being blonde. I think she’s the female swoon equivalent of ( back in the day) Michael Wood, who got me and all of my friends interested in archeology ( how shallow are we!).
