Who is good at DIY?

Personally, I've always located them by knocking and working out which bit sounds hollow and where there is the least movement. A stud detector is less than a tenner though, so it depends on how much you paid for the plasma or how good your home contents insurance is I guess.

I wish I could help, but I never put mine on the wall because I always thought it would be a complete pain to hide cables and if/when I got something new to plug into it.

Anyway, this seems pretty straightforward: http://www.wikihow.com/Wall-Mount-a-Plasma

Looks like it's all about finding the studs, making sure the TV is level, and then praying you don't get woken up in the middle of the night :D

Del Boy was once known as a stud,
But his landing gear dropped with a thud,
It cracked ceilings and walls
And damaged his balls,
And now he's a bit of a dud.

With apologies to whoever wrote this beautiful original:

The once was a pirate called Bates,
Who was feared as one of the greats,
But he fell on his cutlass
And now he is nutless
And totally useless on dates.

There was a young man from Throgmorton,
Who had one long arm and one short'un,
To make up for his loss,
He had a dick like a hoss,
And could fart like a six fifty Norton.

There was a young man called Granger
Who to DIY was a stranger,
He put up a plasma
In a total miasma,
And earned the tag "The Home Danger".

:lol: Can't beat that one, Bar!

Other than I can assure you the sight would send him off to a monastery tout suite and awa' the noo.
