Mine is Jonjo O’Neill. I can never read him right, when I think his horse has a good chance it turns out he’s just sent it for a stroll in the countryside and when I think he’ll be up against it the horse flies in. Ducked a notebook horse, Orrisdale, yesterday “because it’s Jonjo” - you know what happened!

Mine is most definitely the Skeltons, can never get them right and I think I allow my utter contempt for Dan cloud my judgement.

Jonjo who I spent a fair bit of time with back in the day beats the hell out of me

He doesn't get anywhere near the support from JP as you would expect and his yard is full of trash.

He does a lot of training on the racecourse so keeping tabs on what is what is very difficult.

He is also very good at sweetening up a real bad horse to win one race then it never wins again
which can have you pulling your hair out.
I stopped trying to read him a long time ago
because half the time his horses are moderate and so unpredictable they even confuse him when they win.

Agree with this. Too often I’ve backed one of his that never gets competitive and needs the run (or is being plotted up for something and is getting its handicap mark down)

Backiing unfit horses. It's probably the bane of many, but sickening neverless, to study deeply, find a horse with a leading chance, at a workable price, and see it all go tits up when it proves to be 'out for a run'.
