Will pay the heating bill thread

I presume Exeter has no chance of being on tomorrow? There is one I really want to bet and the oil tank is starting to creak.
 
Exeter will hold a raceday inspection at 8am.

Yellow weather warnings for wind and snow are in place from tonight into raceday.

Isn't the storm coming in the south west or something?

If so, they'll cop for all of it - there's two races that interest me, but I haven't bothered looking as yet.

January is a fantastic month to take up other hobbies.
 
Is the oil tank not now overflowing Slim following the sudden importation of what was left in The Marinera? I heard that the Navy Seals in control had berthed it under cover of darkness somewhere in the Emerald Isle and off loaded the remainder for distribution along the lines of a Whisky Galore windfall, (or should that be Whiskey Galore) ahead of setting out again looking for Greenland.

This thread really is the gift that keeps on giving….
