Yorkshire Oaks

I doubt it. Gofira and Danedream both had the single best piece of form on offer in the Falmouth and King George and they were relative outsiders. This is just another example of a foreign trained filly being underrated like those two were. I was happy to take 7/2 last night.

Camelot?

place lay if running in the Arc
he will be too short and his form is very very weak at the moment

I'm kind of a glass half empty punter this season.

You don't say?:)
Even after the rain, the ground is no worse than good, and likely to improve given the forecast.
Ortensia ran v.well on soft in the July Cup until her stamina gave out. Tomorrow's race is much less of a test, and I can't see her beaten.

it looks like the ground had speeded up since yesterday..Hototo's time pointed to the ground being about 42lb per mile faster than Good..yesterday it was 16lb faster than Good..70.48 for a 2yo is pretty nippy. Bogarts time last year on official G/S Good in places was over 2 seconds slower

The last race time today points to it being similar to yesterday..about 20lb fast.

so between the first and last race today it had slowed down about 20lb per mile..but still good ground at the end of the day

its given showers for tomorrow morning so it could go Good to soft by race time

Hope the glass is full now Euro - well done - I dithered all day - didn't like the drift and then missed the price when she was hammered late.....

It's overflowing now. Going to the track bolstered my confidence because the ground was fine and it stayed dry whilst I was there.
