For 4 years due to animal welfare issues, that was up earlier this year and having said at the time of his ban that'd be retiring he's recently said he's not ruling out a return.
 
Imagine if he hadn't been banned
The high point of Tidal Bay's last 2 years of his career would have been being pulled up in a veterans chase at Hexham

There's nothing wrong with drug injecting...aslong as you've got friends in your local police station or establishment members are one of your customers.

Most gangsters understand that.
